We love when our clients visit us at The Social Hair Studio and we want to make sure everyone feels at home. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again.

• By appointment only

• Free parking for our clients is located North of the building. Additional paid parking on the street. 

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit card, and cash

CANCELLATION POLICY

•  Please show up to your appointment 5 mins before your scheduled time with clean, dry hair. This allows us to have you ready and in our chair by your appointment time. Showing up any later than 15 mins will result in having to re-book your appointment and a $50 charge will be collected for the missed appointment before you are re-booked.

• If you need to cancel your appointment please contact The Social Hair Studio or your stylist directly. Do not respond to the reminder messages. We do not receive any messages from the booking system.

• If you need to cancel your confirmed appointment please allow 48 hrs notice. This allows your stylist to have a chance to fill that spot.

• Appointments cancelled less then 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a $50 fee before you will be re-booked. We completely understand that life happens and unless it’s an emergency we will have to enforce these policies.

COVID POLICY

​

COVID restrictions have been lifted and masks are no longer required. But, we want everyone to feel comfortable and welcome. We respect your personal choice, and if that includes wanting your stylist to wear a mask, there is no need to ask. If you’re wearing one when you walk in, that will be a cue for your stylist to wear one as well.  

Extra cleaning and sanitizing has always been in effect and that won't change. Plus the layout of the salon was designed for social distancing. These practices will ensure the safety of our Social Circle.
